RIP Steve Lewis

I just got email on a mailing list that I have been a member of 'forever'. One of my favorite people in that community passed away last Thursday. Rest in peace Steve Lewis. I learned a lot from you and I will miss you a lot. I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to eat dinner with you on Long Island during the last EPICS meeting and just chatting.
