Very limited availability of tiare/gardenia taitensis seeds - and update on other seeds

For the past several years I had access to tiare seeds pretty much year round. The bushes I got them from were cut back, including all the seed pods. There are very few more bushes that go to seed here and none of them are anywhere near ripe. They were put on the invasive list before because "people are selling them on Ebay" - and I managed then to get them off because the people who were selling them on Ebay then got them from me and the person who put that on the list is somebody who I'm on a mailing list with. I'm keeping them on Ebay off and on as long as I have some that are still fresh. There will not be any listings on Ebay, Etsy or anywhere for large numbers of them.

While being in Kona in late March I tried to find new white bird of paradise seeds but those weren't ripe yet. As we usually only go to Kona in March these days I'm not likely to get any from there this year. There are (or possibly were) some in Hilo but as I'm not usually on vacation while at home I may miss them.
