Happy New Year!

I have never put any mgambo and fresh water pearl jewelry in any of my shops - other than earrings. Sometimes I wonder whether I should.

Happy New Year from Hilobeads!

A bit late, but better late than never I guess.

Some good news and some bad news: I just renewed the hilobeads.com domain for another 3 years - we're coming up on the 4 year anniversary. I haven't made up my mind yet whether to have a sale of any sort, and where, if.
I have new fresh water pearls but no pictures taken yet.
The bad news: I have to increase the price on drilled mgambo seeds, on Etsy only so far but that's because that's all I got around to yet. I may also have to increase the price on Job's Tears but that depends on how this year's harvest comes out. I sold close to 30 lbs last year and pretty much ran out.

In the ambivalent news (I have those too): the lilikoi picking season for production is over. I like the income but I need the time to pick Job's Tears now.
Clove seeds are again coming in (second harvest, for the first time). Picking 200 per day doesn't get all of them. I have some international orders still waiting but currently my day job takes all the energy I have.

And, having sold some jewelry again got me motivated to make some more (but again no pictures yet).

A few new things in my Etsy shop

Just a brief update: As somebody asked and bought the same day I put in a (new) listing for 50 mgambo seeds/weleweka seeds/Hawaiian pussy willow seed in my Etsy shop. You can also now find fresh water pearls in bundles of 10 (you pick the colors and shapes - there are more than Etsy has space for pictures, so if you don't find 10 there, go to my website for a look, I'm happy to combine) and Tahitian Gardenia seeds (tiare seeds, gardenia taitensis seeds), so far only in quantity of 20. I can ship those seeds to most countries even if they're not listed as such. Some countries however are very picky about what they let in, Australia is one of them. Send me email, or a convo on Etsy or a PM on Lampwork Etc. (if that's what got you here) if you're not in the US or Europe.

I'll get new pictures on things as I get around to it, I finally have a camera of my own now. And I'll be putting up more jewelry as I bought a wonderful collection of lampwork beads from Kalera Stratton (beadwife.com).
